Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product or store credit as an alternative.

Non-returnable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, items opened or consumed partially cannot be returned.
  • Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.
